Ok, I honestly don’t even want to put this out there because I feel like I’m not getting the results I want when I want them. I know it takes time, but I like to see that instant result. I just need to keep this picture in mind when I step on that scale and don’t see any change!
This week, I stuck to the diet and workouts pretty well. Again, we went out of town for the weekend and it made it difficult to stick to eating healthy but I tried to make the best choices. I did indulge a little, but not too much that I felt like I fell off the wagon.
As of Monday, I lost 3 lbs from last week but only 1.5 inches. I was expecting to lose a few more inches in my waist and hips, but NOPE.
The past two days I have been taking the boys for a long walk in the morning before it gets too hot and they have loved it! I need to get back to the 21 Day Fix work outs…I realized I’m not as sore as when I first started out. Either I am just used to the soreness or I’m not working hard enough. I’m going to go with the first one. 😉
Time for that final push towards the finish line. Just 6 more days (and a few more to make up for slacking on the weekends!)
