Oh Luke. You have come into your own this year. We are so proud of how you are growing up. I can’t wait to see what this year has in store for you!
For three years now, you have brought joy to so many people.
You love your brother most hours of the day, until he has what you want. You make it very clear he has your toy.
Your vocabulary has grown exponentially this year and you know your ABC’s, count to about 20 – there are quite a few 18’s in there, you can sing most of the Aggie War Hymn, Jesus Loves Me, and the National Anthem.
The movies on repeat currently include anything Cars, Despicable Me/Minions, and Incredibles. Occasionally, Trolls and The Greatest Showman make it in rotation. We love Thomas the Tank Engine and sleep with our Thomas Pillow in our big boy bed.
You have taken to swimming and LOVE jumping in the water with Ben.
You are continually growing less tentative and growing more confident in new places. You still are quiet and observant.
You would survive on bread, ice cream and chocolate milk if we would let you. Broccoli, watermelon and avocado are pretty big hits as well. Meat is mostly a miss with you.
You love going to Target and stopping to see Roomba on display.
What is potty training?
